The New Assistant Editors

We are pleased to welcome two members into the Annals of African Surgery editorial team as assistant editors, Dr. Ernest Kimani and Dr. Moraa Mose from Kenya.

Dr. Ernest Kimani is an epidemiologist, pursuing Master of Medicine (Urology) at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He has studied Master of Science (Medical Epidemiology). He is passionate in reconstructive, endoscopic and laparoscopic urology, data science, artificial intelligence in healthcare, clinical research and peer review.

Dr Moraa Mose is a general surgeon at Kakamega County Teaching and Referral Hospital, Kenya with special interest in hepatobiliary and liver transplant surgery. She’s also a member of Surgical Society of Kenya and Kenya Association of Women Surgeons. She is very keen on evidence based surgical care and currently a systematic review writer and appraiser
