Responsible for the day to day operations of the journals, the members of the team are involved in sourcing reviewers and providing editorial input on the papers allocated to them. While the Editor in Chief is responsible for all the editorial decisions of the journal, each paper receives the input of at least one associate editor and one assistant editor in addition to at least two blinded reviews. The team is also responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan and running the author and reviewer workshops conducted from time to time.
